Kristine Lefebvre may have been fired from ‘The Apprentice’ a few weeks ago, but that did not impact people searching for her. The 37-year-old attorney was the most searched topic on AOL Search this weekend. This comes after her publicist announced that Lefebvre has plans to shed her suit and pose for the June issue of ‘Playboy.’ Her motives are not totally selfish though. As a cancer survivor, Lefebvre wants to pose in order to send a supportive message to others who are struggling with the disease.
Apparently Hugh Hefner liked what he saw on an episode of ‘The Apprentice’ and wanted Lefebrvre to pose. The Los Angeles attorney is no stranger to working with Hugh and his people and has reportedly negotiated deals for Pamela Anderson and Deborah Gibson with the magazine. Kristine will be the first ever from ‘The Apprentice’ cast to pose for 'Playboy.' Maybe this will help to boost the flailing show’s ratings?
Kristine Leigh Lefebvre is an entertainment lawyer, and was a contestant on NBC's reality show The Apprentice who made it into the final group of six contestants before being fired.
Following her appearance on The Apprentice, Lefebvre's publicist announced that she will appear nude in the June 2007 issue of Playboy as well as on that issue's cover
Kristine Lefebvre is proud of her pictorial in Playboy.
The former contestant on The Apprentice is both beautiful and charitable; she’s posed in the magazine to help raise awareness for cervical cancer, of which she is a survivor.
Before she joins the ranks of Holly Madison nude and other well-known centerfolds, though, Lefebvre is blogging about how the relationship with Playboy has developed and what it was like to strip down to her birthday suit for all to see …
I have had a long standing professional relationship with the business people at Playboy. I have negotiated deal for a number of celebrities … After learning I was a contestant on The Apprentice Los Angeles, Marilyn Grabowski, the West Coast Editor, had suggested that Playboy do a pictorial on me.
It was a personal phone call from Hugh Hefner that made my decision easy … Mr. Hefner told me that he really hoped we were going to be able to work out an arrangement for me to appear in Playboy. That was all it took. I have so much respect for Mr. Hefner, he has truly created a piece of “Americana.”
I loved my shoot. Steve Wayda is an amazing photographer and has a keen ability to capture the essence of a woman. Everyone at Playboy was wonderful and I hope you will enjoy the “great article” when the issue hits newsstands on Friday, May 4th.
